About
Hi there, I’m Rashmi. If you’ve clicked on this, I reckon I can take a moment to tell you a bit about myself.
Here’s what you need to know: as a creative professional, I’ve had a lot of fun. I’ve worked across multiple social media accounts, bringing scores of social users everything from Italian elegance (in Alfa Romeo) to zealous fervour over enemies-to-lovers, STEM-related romcoms (at Dymocks - points if you know who I’m referring to!).
I’ve made memes out of the Sustainable Development Goals at the UTS SOUL Award, and worked madly on 12 weeks of intensive advertising briefs at AWARD School (no relation). Through it all, I’ve remained true to the medium that I’ve been in love with since I was a child: writing.
Alongside working on advertising campaigns, marketing collateral across print and digital, and longform articles for various publications, I’ve also been able to exercise my gift for the gab in a few fun ways: writing film scripts at university, perfecting my personal social media captions, and most memorably, ghostwriting a love letter for a colleague’s 13th wedding anniversary (client feedback: she liked it!).
I’m on the lookout for new opportunities to play with words, bringing a strong sense of brand and marketing principles to dynamic, forward-thinking organisations looking to make change in a fast-paced world. If you like the sound of that, drop a line and let’s have a chat!
